Do This Exercise Every Day To Fix Posture

One of the biggest health epidemics today is the sedentary lifestyle. Were designed to move, a lot. When you're stuck sitting down at a desk all day, multiple postural issues can begin to arise. The most common one is the forward shoulder posture, also known as "tech neck". If not corrected, it can lead to various chronic issues down the road. The reverse plank is the perfect movement to combat the effects of prolonged sitting.

Including these to my lower day as a primary lift, what have you noticed the most benefits to this lift?
More core strength primarily. A little more upper back and quad development also.
@@FitBlueprint Cool, thanks for your reply. O did them earlier starting at 135, for sets of 5 because of the pain. Will continue to progress! Also included zerch goodmornings, both felt great!

Interesting exercise
Def underrated. I put a back pack in the front and load up weights, doing a snatch grip & pulling to the neck... nothing else forces you with strict form and hammering upper back & rear delts. Pretty much my primary back exercise with weights added outside of RDLs & deadlifts to hammer the spinal erectors

Do this have better hypertrophy on chest?
No these will build the shoulders a little more than regular pushups. But regular pushups are still better for chest hypertrophy.
I love using these are part of my warmup. They cover so many bases.
It's a great full body warmup
Reverse grip pull ups are good too
Yeah supinated pullups are good, especially when you squeeze at the very top and try to bring your sternum to the bar.

Well you can’t quantify these things it’s like comparing apples to oranges. But sleep is actually overrated imo according to the research
Diet plays a bigger role than most (normal) people believe ..normal meaning folks that only causally workout and have never done a big fitness journey wether it be loosing alot of weight or putting on a lot of muscle
I definitely agree with that. For someone who just wants to get healthier without lifting weights and exercising much, diet is the most important.
If sleep is the most important then it goes to the bottom so i say sleep, diet, training

Pushups and farmer's carry tire me out faster than other workouts, meaning if I keep at it, I'll be one fit human being? I'm still experimenting.

I'm in Asheville so pretty close to SC. I caught those in bent creek to be exact.
Are trout common in the area or are they mostly stocked? I heard good things about Cherokee, went in March of last year and didn’t catch any.
@@iBon1wheel these are hatchery supported waters which are still hit or miss. I've found that a small single hook + gulp earthworm + 12 in. Line + barrel swivel +1-2 split shots above it works amazing I can catch as many as I like. Trout worms work good too, I've never had much luck with spinners in the small streams personally. Of course you can use a hook with corn but that's not much fun.
@@iBon1wheelthey are mostly in the easy access waters but if you hike and wade you will find many native.

Inefficient movement
They have an incline farmer carry machine at my gym. Basically a farmer carry going uphill. Normally i can farmer carry two 45 pound plates for about 4 minutes. I can do 80 secs on this machine before i have to relinquish the weight. Its great. Feels like my whole body activates.
Awesome bodyweight movement for chest, front delts and tricep. However, if you had the musculature upper body endurance to do these all day, they still wouldn't build any muscle in the lower body.

I have a tinnitus on my right ear, I did farmer's walk first time yesterday, just to see how it feels. Right after I did that my tinnitus got better for some reason. Probably my tinnitus related to an issue with my neck muscles.

I've just tried this , I use cane & was walking hunched over when I walked , now I'm walking more straight up , & my lower back pain seems to be less , which is a good thing for me 👍
How many times per week is most beneficial? I’m doing it 4 to 5. Is that too much?
4 days/week is plenty
